Our Story

Grandmas Girls, LLC provides personalized senior care in a private, home-style setting in Short Pump, Virginia, serving families throughout the Richmond area. With over 28 years of combined experience working with and supporting seniors, we bring a deep understanding of what truly makes a difference in quality care.

As a Speech Language Pathologist and Physical Therapy Assistant, we have worked with seniors across a variety of settings, including assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care. We have seen firsthand what works and where traditional care models fall short, which inspired us to create Grandmas Girls as a more personal, attentive, and compassionate alternative. Helping seniors meet their goals, maintain independence, and truly thrive is what drives everything we do.

Our dedicated caregivers provide 24-hour senior care and supervision, along with assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and medication management. We also provide home-cooked meals, laundry, housekeeping, and meaningful social engagement to support both physical and emotional well-being. Every aspect of our care is designed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for each resident.
